	Black tote bag
	Foam plate
	1 yard - sparkle braid with fur trim
	Craft glue

1. Use stencil tape to create a line about 3 down from top of bag to serve as base line for DELTA letters and another line about 9 down serve as base line for ZETA.
2. Apply a small puddle of paint to a foam plate. Lightly dip Spouncer into paint. Blot Spouncer on a paper towel to remove excess paint, then lightly pounce in stencil cutout. Reload Spouncer and repeat pouncing until desired color intensity is achieved.
3. Use stencil tape to secure each stencil in place before applying paint.
4. Using Turner Pink, stencil letters. Tip: Stencil middle letter first, centering on tape line, then stencil letters out from center.
5. Tape turtle stencil between words and stencil with Baby Pink.
6. Using handle end of the Spouncer, make three rows of polka dots using Fresh Foliage and Baby Pink. Clean handle when changing colors. Let project dry.
7. Use craft glue to attach braid trim as shown.
