What is the difference between Chalkboard paint and FolkArt Home Decor Chalk?

Chalkboard paint, when applied to a variety of surfaces, will create chalkboards. Sticks of chalk can then be used to write on the chalkboards. FolkArt Home Decor Chalk is an acrylic paint that dries within minutes to an ultra matte finish.
