All colors are AP-certified non-toxic and water-based for easy soap and water cleanup. For brightest shimmer, apply 2-3 coats of Extreme Glitter over a basecoat of a similar FolkArt Acrylic color, making sure basecoat has dried completely before applying Extreme Glitter.
