Can I use FolkArt Color Shift Acrylic Paint for decorative painting?

Yes, FolkArt Color Shift Acrylic Paint can be used in basic decorating painting techniques, however, it works best when painted on larger sized areas rather than incorporating it on smaller detailed brushstrokes.  

How long does it take FolkArt Color Shift Acrylic Paint to cure?

FolkArt Color Shift Acrylic Paint will dry to the touch very quickly, however, it will take approximately 48 hours before it is cured to the surface.  

Can FolkArt Glitterific Paint be used permanently on glass or ceramic surfaces? Will it be washable?

No, FolkArt Glitterific Paint cannot be cured permanently to glass or ceramic surfaces, nor are these surfaces hand-washable or dishwasher-safe. Glassware and glazed ceramics decorated with Glitterific should be used for decorative purposes only.

Is a project created using FolkArt Glitterific Paint dishwasher-safe?

No, projects painted on glassware or glazed ceramics using FolkArt Glitterific Paints are not dishwasher-safe, nor should they be immersed in water. These surfaces should be used for decorative purposes only.

Is it necessary to seal or varnish FolkArt Glitterific Paint

No, it is not necessary to seal projects created using FolkArt Glitterific. If desired, project surfaces can be sealed using a glossy sealer—such as FolkArt Acrylic Lacquer Gloss Finish or FolkArt Artists’ Varnish Gloss—for extra protection. 

Can a Mod Podge Resin project be decorated with paint?

Once Mod Podge Resin has been completely cured, it can be decorated or embellished with paint, markers, ink, and more. Once decorated, it is recommended that the surface be protected by pouring a thin top coat of clear Mod Podge Resin over the decorated surface. 8.5.7

How do I paint a One Stroke™ teardrop petal?

Load the flat brush with Dioxazine Purple and School Bus Yellow. Touch chisel edge of brush. Pull the brush into a curve. End brush on the chisel edge.

How do you paint the standard One Stroke™ leaf?

Load the flat brush with Thicket and Sunflower. Start by touching flat side of brush. Push brush down and pivot, turning green side slightly toward tip. As you get close to end of leaf, pull up on chisel edge at tip.
