Does FolkArt Coastal Texture Paint hold up well on outdoor surfaces?

Yes, FolkArt Coastal Texture Paint which dries to a textured, weathered surface that is water, weather and fade resistant making it perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. Additional weathering on an outdoor surface simply adds to the charm of the coastal “worn-by-the-sea” effect.

Does FolkArt Enamels Frosted Glass Paint hold up well on outdoor surfaces?
Yes, FolkArt Enamels Frosted Glass Paint can be used on outdoor surfaces once cured, providing the surface itself can withstand outdoor elements.
Does FolkArt 3D acrylic paint hold up well on outdoor surfaces?

Yes. FolkArt 3D dries to a durable, satin sheen that is both water- and weather-resistant.

How do I use Outdoor Mod Podge with Napkins?
A light background works best. If you have a surface that is fairly dark, basecoat it first with your choice of FolkArt Outdoor Acrylics.

  1. Cut the design out of the Napkin, separate the layers and discard the two bottom white layers.

  2. Using the Glue Brush, apply a coat of Outdoor Mod Podge® over the design, allowing 15 – 30 minutes between coats. Let project dry inside at least 3 – 7 days before placing outdoors.

NOTE:Reapplication of Outdoor Mod Podge very several months will help preserve your project.
How shall I prepare a concrete statue for outdoor use when painting with FolkArt Multi-Surface Satin Acrylic Paint?
If basecoating concrete such as a statue, a lime neutralizer is needed. Household white vinegar works fine. Coat concrete with vinegar, let dry, rinse well and dry thoroughly before painting.
The paint is not recommended for large concrete areas subject to foot traffic such as a patio.
