How do I use Gallery Glass Redi-Lead Strips?
Simply peel the adhesive Redi-Lead strip from the backing sheet and position on the surface where desired. “Solder” joints where Redi-Lead strips stop and start again using Gallery Glass Liquid Leading. Simply apply a dot of Liquid Lead to cover the joint and allow to dry prior to adding Gallery Glass Window Color.
How can I create a lighter shade of Gallery Glass® Window Color™?
To lighten a color, mix with Crystal Clear or Snow White.
Are there any tips for applying Gallery Glass® Window Color™ to my window?
  • Start at the top left corner of the window and apply color to one section at a time.
  • Run a thin line of paint across the top of the section, wiggling the tip back and forth as you move to the right.
  • Be sure to cover the corners and apply paint thickly enough to prevent light from showing through.
  • For a more textured or cathedral glass look, use a figure 8 motion.
How do I get the Gallery Glass® Window Color™ to be smooth?
After you have applied paint to a section, hold the pointed end of the metal combing tool perpendicular to the glass and "comb" or stroke back and forth quickly in straight lines through the paint creating a smooth grain. Do not over comb or paint will run. Clean the tool between colors.
Can Gallery Glass Window Color be used on outdoor surfaces and displayed outdoors?

No, Gallery Glass Window Color is recommended for indoor use only. It is not formulated for outdoors; high humidity areas (such as bathrooms, storm doors, etc.); automobile glass; or areas exposed to extreme temperatures—i.e., below 45°F (7.2° C) or above 90°F (32.2°C).

How do I remove Gallery Glass® Window Color™ from fabrics or other surfaces?
Paint spilled on clothing may be removed with soap and water. Paint on woodwork can be removed with a damp rag. Do not allow spilled paint to dry.
How long does it take a Gallery Glass® project to dry and cure?
Projects usually dry in 8 hours and cure in 3-7 days, depending upon humidity, temperature and thickness of application.
How can I create a darker shade of Gallery Glass® Window Color™?
To intensify or darken a color, apply another layer of paint after the first one dries.
I have seen Gallery Glass® on plates, candle holders and other accessories. Are there any limitations on where Gallery Glass should be applied?
Gallery Glass is recommended for decorative use only. Do not apply to surfaces that will be in contact with food, extreme heat, or wetness. When using on candleholders, test surface first for extreme heat. If the surface where Window Color™ is intended to be placed is too hot to touch, then it is too hot for Window Color.
How long does it take Gallery Glass Window Color to dry?

Gallery Glass Window Color will dry in approximately 8 hours, and will be cured to the surface within 7 days; however, the thickness of application as well as the ambient conditions—such as temperature and humidity—may vary the dry times.
