Bucilla Energetic Butterfly - Stamped Embroidery - 49225E

Cross stitch comes with an aida cloth where an “x” stitch technique is used vs embroidery is embellishing a fabric with different stitch and knot techniques.

You will need to start by separating your floss into thinner threads. Then use the common technique of lightening dampening the end, which can help smooth the end of thread to go in the needle.

Depending on the kit, some common additional supplies needed are scissors, hot glue gun and sticks or tape.

Most of our kits are designed for intermediate to advanced and we recommend to have some prerequisite knowledge of basic stitch techniques prior to starting. However, most of our embroidery kits are targeted for beginners and will be notated on the packaging if okay for beginners.
