Decoden Halloween Crafts

Are you familiar with Decoden? If not, Decoden is a form of crafting that started in Japan. It was originally a way to create decorative cellphone cases. The cases have charms embedded in the case reflect the personality of the owner. Now you can use this same technique on items outside of cellphone cases.

Cathie and Steve, from Handmade Happy Hour, have used the decoden technique to make Halloween decorations. They used Mod Podge  and Mod Podge Collage Clay to  created some really amazing decorations.
