It was our honor and privilege to have Priscilla Hauser, America's First Lady of Decorative Painting, back in the Plaid corporate offices this week. As you may already know, Priscilla is also known as being America's first and foremost promoter of the decorative painting art form. For years she has traveled the globe teaching thousands upon thousands just exactly how easy it is to learn how to paint, even if you cannot draw a straight line!
When Priscilla walks into a room, it is automatically brighter as she has a talent of brightening up your day just by being in her presence! And that is exactly what we did while she was in town; she brighten up the lenses of both our video and camera equipment. Together, we worked hard in our video studio as well as our photography studio producing new videos and still photography that will be used for "how-to" videos, slideshows and projects. These projects will live on YouTube, plaidonline.com as well as the many facets of Plaid's social media including Pinterest!
Together we enjoyed working with FolkArt Multi-Surface Satin Paints, Mod Podge, FolkArt Glazing Medium, and FolkArt Stencils. We promise you won't want to miss this!
It was a joy to be around Priscilla and learn just how easy it is to decorative paint when she takes you step-by-step! Stay tuned to the Plaid Palette and plaidonline.com and soon we will be able to share with you our time spent working with Priscilla when all the editing work is complete!
