Yes, you can apply more FolkArt® Chalkboard Paint after 24 hours, but it will then need to cure for another 24 hours before being used.
No, FolkArt® Chalkboard Paint should not be mixed with water, mediums or other acrylic paints. Mixing with anything other than other FolkArt® Chalkboard Paints will destroy the properties that make the paint work as a chalkboard surface.
Yes, FolkArt® Chalkboard Paint can be mixed with other FolkArt® Chalkboard Paints to achieve a different color palette.
Yes, simply coat the inside of the pot with a brush-on varnish or sealer.
Do not seal your chalkboard surface. FolkArt® Chalkboard Paint will not work with a sealer on top.
No, it does not matter if the FolkArt® Chalkboard Paint is applied with the grain.
Use a soft cloth dampened with water to clean the chalkboard surface.

Yes, FolkArt® Chalkboard Paint is permanent on any surface; be careful when applying. It is permanent on clothing, rugs, flooring, etc. Clean up while wet with soap and water.
FolkArt® Chalkboard Paint can be used on surfaces that are suitable for outdoor use as long as they are protected from the elements.
It is best to apply several thin coats of paint, allowing the paint to dry between coats.
The surface should be “conditioned” before use. To condition the surface, wait 24 hours (recommended cure time) after the last coat of paint. Lay a piece of chalk on its side and rub on surface side to side. Dampen a paper towel with water and wipe the surface to remove chalk dust.
FolkArt® Chalkboard Paint can be applied to many surfaces: wood, terra cotta, paper maché, canvas and most porous surfaces.
Dry time between coats is 1 hour and cure time is 24 hours depending on humidity.
