The kit completion time is dependent on the specific pattern and skill level of maker. Bucilla felt kits are intended for intermediate or advanced needlecrafters and can be time intensive. If you are a beginner, we recommend our Mindful stitching embroidery kits to get more familiar with the thread and basic stitch techniques prior to trying a Bucilla felt kit.  

If you have lost the instruction sheet for your Bucilla kit, we may be able to provide a digital PDF version of the instructions. Please contact us with the name and number of your kit, and we will do our best to email you the necessary documents to continue your crafting project smoothly. 

If you find yourself missing pieces or components from your Bucilla kit, such as sequins, beads, felt, or instructions, we are happy to provide replacements if you reside in the U.S. Please contact us with your name, address, phone number, and details of the part numbers or components you need replaced, as well as the kit number. We strive to ensure you have everything needed to complete your beautiful project. 

Depending on the kit, some common additional supplies needed are scissors, polyfill, ruler, chenille sticks, straight pins and tracing paper. 

Select kits where a name is shown, come with a letter template to use in combination with a water-soluble or transfer paper for embroidering the name. Transfer paper not included. 

Since these will be heirloom kits, we recommend to spot clean gently. The felt should not be submerged in water as this could damage the felt, floss and sequins. 

Stocking liners (sold separately) can easily be blanket stitched to your stocking. Last steps to finish a stocking will be to line stocking if desired and add personalization.
