1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Plaid Enterprises, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 3225 Westech Dr NW, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092, www.plaidonline.com.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on August 31, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 10, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.
4. How to Enter
To enter, entrant must (a) be a current Plaid Points Member; membership is free, entrants may enroll at no cost at www.plaidonline.com; and (b) during the Sweepstakes Period, upload a photograph of a project the entrant personally created with products they used through the Plaid Points Member entry functionality. Plaid Points Membership is required to enable the functionality to enter. Limit one (1) entry per member. Uploading more than one (1) photo does not increase a member’s odds of winning. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
5. Entry / Photo Requirements & Content License
The uploaded photo must be the entrant’s own original work, project must not contain content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, defamatory, or that violates any third-party rights. By entering, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the submitted photo for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these requirements.
6. Winner Selection & Odds
Ten (10) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 15, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Prizes
There will be ten (10) winners. Each winner will receive one (1) prize package with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $101.95. Each prize package consists of the following items:

Total ARV of all prizes is $1,019.50. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component) of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
8. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Plaid Points account on or about the drawing date. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days, fails to respond, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Where required, a potential winner may be asked to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.
9. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. General Conditions / Release
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected entries, or for technical or network malfunctions.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and submitted photo for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
12. Dispute Resolution / Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
13. Winners List
For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Plaid Points Member Project Photo Sweepstakes Winners List, Plaid Enterprises, Inc., 3225 Westech Dr NW, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092, within sixty (60) days after the drawing date.
