"As an artist I enjoy improving and using tools that can't be erased. To me this process represents a metaphor for life, that no matter what happens we have to keep going and growing through our mistakes. That we can always be in control of our next action, our next line, our next mark on the canvas or paper. It's like a push and pull and with each medium I learn more and more how to create depth and explore with the concept of time and space."

Blakawout Limyè (2023) Marker, acrylic marker, and acrylic on canvas. 30" × 30" in.
"I enjoyed using Arteza acrylic paints and colored pencils since they have a great variety of colors. I love how there are metallic paints and colored pencils as well. So far the products I enjoyed the most were the Acrylic Paint, 4oz Tubes - Set of 14 for their richness and the way they can blend. Although I am a painter and drawer, I have grown to love drawing more. Most of my drawings and undertones of my paintings are made with markers."

On The Road de Ses Rêves (2020) Marker and colored pencil on paper. 20" × 15.5" in.

The Loose Knots Between Space and Time (2022) Marker, oil pastel, and oil stick on wood. 36" × 60" in.
