• In small disposable cups mix one part FolkArt Pouring Medium with one part acrylic paint. Gently stir, using a popsicle stick or disposable plastic spoon, until fully mixed.
  • Protect the work surface with disposable plastic tablecloths to catch drips or paint smudges.
    Raise the project surface up off the work surface. A great practice is to insert push pins into all four corners of a canvas creating “feet” so that the canvas surface does not touch the work surface.
  • Create a paint poured fluid art design using any one of many techniques such as: Direct Pour,
  • Dirty Pour, Flip Cup, Swirling, Marbling, Combing, or using Forced Air.
  • Lift project surface and tilt to allow paint to flow in the direction gravity pulls. Continue rotating and moving the project surface until the desired fluid art pattern is achieved. Allow to dry horizontally flat.
