Instructions:

Paint floral shapes in different colors and green leaves on poster board. Let dry.

Paint a slightly different shade of the same color over the flowers and leaves to create a layered look. Let dry.

Using a liner brush and darker paint, outline the flowers and add details inside the petals. Let dry completely.

Cut out all the painted flowers and leaves.

Lay out the pieces to plan how you want your bouquet arranged.

Cut a triangle-shaped bouquet base from poster board.

Glue the flower cutouts onto the base using Mod Podge. Let dry.

Sketch a banner shape on poster board, paint it Orchard Rose, and let dry.

Use a liner brush to write “Best Mom” on the banner. Let dry, then cut it out.

Fold tissue paper and a napkin to resemble a bouquet wrap.

Apply Mod Podge to the back of the bouquet base, place it inside the tissue and napkin wrap, and press together to attach.
