Diamond Dotz and Mod Podge Collaboration - Tray and Lamp

Instructions:

1. Basecoat tray inside only with Uniform Blue. Let dry completely.
2. Using scissors cut out Starry Night dotted design as shown.
3. Roll lamp shade and trace edges with pencil, onto piece of paper to create pattern as shown in video. Cut out pattern.
4. Trace pattern onto Elephant dotted canvas as shown. Cut out to fit lampshade. 
5. Using Mod Podge, brush a thick coat onto the back of cut Diamond Dotz piece and place onto lampshade as shown. Press down and let dry.
6. Using Mod Podge, basecoat bottom of tray as shown in video. Place dotted canvas onto base of tray as shown.  Let dry completely.
