Instructions:
- Basecoat tray inside only with Uniform Blue. Let dry completely.
- Using scissors cut out Starry Night dotted design as shown.
- Roll lamp shade and trace edges with pencil, onto piece of paper to create pattern as shown in video. Cut out pattern.
- Trace pattern onto Elephant dotted canvas as shown. Cut out to fit lampshade.
- Using Mod Podge, brush a thick coat onto the back of cut Diamond Dotz piece and place onto lampshade as shown. Press down and let dry.
- Using Mod Podge, basecoat bottom of tray as shown in video. Place dotted canvas onto base of tray as shown. Let dry completely.
