Cut out a piece of scrapbook paper and apply it to the bottom half of the gift bag with Mod Podge. Use scissors to remove excess paper around the corners.
Cut out a Father's Day Phrase from the printables and use Mod Podge to apply it to a small piece of poster board. Cut around the edges with scissors. Punch a hole in the top.
