Instructions
- Pick out your designs from the FolkArt Halloween Paint & Stencil Kit. Double-check the layout and positioning on your fabric treat bag and mask off the remaining area with painter's tape.
- Using a pouncing motion, fill in the stencil area with your chosen colors from the kit. Remove the stencil gently and let dry.
