Instructions:
- Prepare the Fabric with Love
• Apply a thin, even layer of Mod Podge Fabric to the back of your patterned fabric, making sure it’s large enough for the decals you plan to cut.
• Let the fabric dry completely. - Cut Out the Love Letters
• Once the fabric is fully dry, flip it to the patterned side.
• Use stencils or transfer a font of your choice, then carefully cut out “Lover” with sharp scissors. - Attach to Your Hat
• Apply Mod Podge Fabric to the back of each letter.
• Press the letters onto your hat and secure them in place.
