Instructions:
Stiffy Flowers:
- Cover cookie sheet with plastic wrap.
- Cut fabric pieces into random squares about the size of desired flowers.
- Squeeze stiffy into cup and push fabric pieces into Stiffy, completely covering with Mod Podge.
- Pull fabric pieces out of cup and remove excess with fingers. Flatten and smooth wet pieces on plastic wrap and lay flat to dry.
- Let stiffened fabric pieces dry completely.
- Once dry remove from plastic wrap- using pencil draw flowers onto fabric and cut out flowers. Cut flowers in different sizes to stack as shown.
- Glue wooden doll heads onto top of dowel as shown.
- Cut a small slit in center of each flower and push up dowel rod, stacking and layering fabric patterns as shown. Glue in place.
- Cut the end of dowels with scissors to create different heights for each flower.
Vase - wash and dry completely.
- Paint vase with white and let dry.
- Make copy of Mother’s Day card and cut out the desired design.
- Cut out floral designs from paper napkins and remove all plys * most napkins are 3 ply- you will only need the top ply with the printed designs.
- Following basic instructions on Mod Podge apply Mother’s Day design and napkin pieces to vase as shown. Let dry.
