Make your walls come alive after dark with a swarm of spooky felt bats created with Mod Podge Stiffy.
Instructions:
- Trace the bat shape onto the felt using chalk.
- Cut out the bat along the traced lines.
- Coat the bat with Stiffy by dipping the felt into the fabric stiffener. Make sure it is fully saturated, then gently remove any excess.
- Create the bat’s curved shape by wrapping a bottle in plastic wrap and draping the wet bat over it.
- Shape the wings by pinching small pleats into the felt and securing them with small clothespins.
- Let the bat dry for 24 hours. Once completely dry, remove the clothespins and lift the bat from the bottle.
