Make sure your picture frame is clean and free of any residue. Frames that work best are ones without a high-gloss surface. Bonus points for giving thrifted and upcycled frames a new life!
Load your tipped piping bag with FolkArt Super Thick paint in Medium Pink. We used a small star tip here. Gradually follow along the edge of your frame, piping the paint in small, swirling circles as you go for that bakery icing effect. Tip: if you haven’t piped before, use a scrap surface to get the feel for it before moving on to your piece.
While the piece is still wet, gently apply your flat-backed gems as accents. Let dry completely.
