Instructions
- Paint the areas where you will be applying the napkins white.
- While that is drying, remove plies from your napkins. Use tape on both sides to separate the layers if you struggle to peel them back by hand.
- Apply Mod Podge Matte to all of the painted white areas, then press on your napkins. Smooth over the surface to secure.
- Once dry, apply Mod Podge Vintage Effects over all of your project to get the vintage look.
