Plaid Creators Lily & Val Stencil Challenge

Do you love the look of the Chalkboard art? But don't have the time to learn it? The new Lily & Val stencils help you make chalkboard art without any training. Lily & Val have been "crafting hand-lettered chalkboard art, greeting cards, and assorted paper goods since its creation in 2012." Valerie McKeehan’s quaint aesthetic is carried over into the stencils.

The Lily & Val stencils are used to create inspirational hand lettering and illustrations. There are four different designs. Each stencil has a different font and graphics. The new stencils are Mixed Fonts, Cupcakes, Welcome and Market Fresh. Find these stencils exclusively at Michaels stores. (Picture by Pretty Life Girls).

Half of our creators used the Lily & Val stencils to create their projects. The other half of our creators used FolkArt Motif or Tile stencils. You can see their projects on the FolkArt challenge post.
