10 Thanksgiving Table Decor Projects

10 Thanksgiving Table Decor Projects

If you are hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year, you have to have an amazing tablescape. For years the traditional cornucopia has been the centerpiece decoration for Thanksgiving meals. While cornucopias are a classic Thanksgiving décor piece, we want to make this year’s décor more modern and personalized.

Thanksgiving dinner can be expensive as it is, without even thinking about the décor. This year DIY your décor and tablesetting pieces for an unforgettable and stylish Thanksgiving meal.

From centerpieces to plates and napkins, these new ways to decorate your dining table are sure to make your Thanksgiving feast special.

What is a Thanksgiving meal without a nice table cloth? Cover a plain table cloth with festive fall leaves for a subtle pop of color.

Turn your worn-out plates and chargers into something new and fresh with this painted plate design.

Create custom napkins for each of your guests by stenciling their name right on the fabric. This makes a great keepsake for your guests!

Or if you like the traditional napkin ring look, garnish each ring with a festive leaf to add to the leaf theme.

Do the same with your plain place cards!  Carry the leaf theme throughout every aspect of your table décor. Buy a large pack of artificial leaves and you’re set to add fall foliage to all your DIY pieces.

Add some flair to your glassware by stenciling your favorite fall colors and designs on your servingware.

And finally, centerpieces! An eye-catching centerpiece is the finishing touch your gathering needs for a memorable holiday meal.
These are four of our favorites:
