Instructions

Decorate the cover by trimming papers to fit the front of the notebook. Create different layers for a richer look. You will want one piece that almost covers the front.

Apply a thin coat of Mod Podge Hard Coat to the top of the notebook and the back of your largest piece of paper. Position the paper onto the top of the notebook. Smooth with your fingers to remove any air bubbles. Wait 15 min. then top-coat with a layer of Mod Podge. Continue to add the other papers by layering them and gluing them with Mod Podge Hard Coat. Allow to dry.

Add Mod Podge Extreme Glitter to any areas where you want a glitter detail. Attach a few gems with Mod Podge as the glue.

Make the inserts: Pre label the address page. Trim scrapbook paper to fit the front and back of an address page. Apply a thin coat of Mod Podge Hard Coat to the front of the insert page and the back of the paper. Position the paper onto the top of the insert. Smooth with your fingers to remove any air bubbles. Wait 15 min. then attach a piece of paper to the back of the insert. Repeat until all the inserts are covered.

Decorate the edges with washi tape. Use a hole punch to punch the holes.
