Tissue paper, Glass votive candle holder

Instructions

  1. Brush Martha Stewart Crafts paint in Ballet Slipper and/or Poodle Skirt onto a glass votive. Let paint dry completely.
  2. Cut strips of tissue paper into different widths. Apply strips of tissue paper with preferred Decoupage medium.
  3. Experiment with layering paint over the decoupaged tissue. The look is meant to be abstract and random.
