Other Supplies

Tape, Craft knife, Liner brush #1, Daubers, Large footed bowlSmall sundae bowls, Ruler

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly clean glassware before painting.
  2. Measure and tape off a stripe 1 ½” from top and 2” from bottom of large trifle bowl.  Tape off stripes on small bowls ¾” from top and bottom.
  3. Apply Gold Glitter paint with dauber. Apply second coat if needed after letting paint dry a bit. Carefully remove tape by pulling gently away from painted edge.
  4. Lay patterns on top of stencil blank and cut out with craft knife.
  5. Center diamond stencil on top of glitter stripe and apply color as shown. Let dry.
  6. Place leaf stencils over diamonds on large bowl and apply Burnt Umber. Let dry and using liner brush, paint Gold accent lines.
  7. Create all dots using varying daubers and the opposite end of paintbrush.
  8. Turn all bowls over and apply Burnt Umber to inside of base of small bowls and Forest Moss to large bowl.
  9. Using liner brush, paint scroll pattern to outside foot of bowls.
  10. Air dry referring to bottle instructions.
