Instructions
- Measure and cut out pennant shapes 5” wide by 6” tall. Cut as many as needed for your banner.
- Base coat canvas pennants with Licorice. When dry, apply several coats of chalkboard paint allowing drying time between each coat.
- Condition chalkboard surface by rubbing side of chalk over surface and wiping with a soft cloth or paper towel.
- Stencil images from adhesive stencil onto pennants in colors shown.
- Punch holes in both top corners with hole punch.
- Cut desired lengths of jute. Insert ends through holes and tie with a knot to secure.
Tip: String with ribbon or tie ribbon lengths between pennants for added color.
