Wood plaque, Pencil, Scrapbook paper, Scissors, Heavy-duty glue, 4 draw pulls, Small mirror, Rhinestones, Gem glue, Hot glue
Instructions

Paint the wood plaque with Hot Pink paint.

Trace the top of the plaque onto the back of a piece of scrapbook paper. Cut out the design.

Apply a thin coat of Mod Podge to the back of the scrapbook paper, position onto the tray, smooth with your fingers to remove any air bubbles. Wait 10 minuntes and then top-coat with a layer of Mod Podge. Add three layers of top-coat with 20 min dry time in between.

Create a two Mod Melt flowers by heating a Mod Melt stick in a high temp glue gun, fill a mold with the Mod Melt, allow to cool, remove from the mold and paint with Hot Pink. Once dry, top-coat with Mod Podge Sparkle.

Turn the plaque upside down and using heavy-duty glue the drawer pulls to the base to create feet for the tray. Allow to dry.

On the top of the tray, glue a mirror to the center, gem around the edges and two Mod Melt roses to the ends. Allow to dry.
