Although many items are out of stock currently, we are working around the clock to get all your favorite Apple Barrel, Bucilla, Delta, FolkArt, and Mod Podge items back in stock as soon as we can!

Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible; however, we are experiencing some delays in processing and shipping orders at this time. All orders will be shipped ground by FedEx SmartPost only, and a tracking number will be provided when your order ships.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support of Plaid products. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Instructions

1.      Enlarge or reduce the turtle pattern as desired. Transfer pattern to foam board. Cut out with craft knife. Hint: have a stack of old newspaper underneath. Cut other layers of turtle shell smaller than first shape. Glue together. Sketch shell details with pencil.

2.      Use palette knife to apply and smooth Texture Paint on the foam board. Use edge of palette knife to sculpt the divisions on back. Let dry overnight.

3.      Paint entire turtle with Classic Green paint.  Allow to dry.

4.      Apply Fresh Foliage dry brush highlight all over shell. Use thinned Thicket to add shading with a side loaded #12 flat brush. Paint black eyes and highlight of Wicker White using liner brush.
