Glass jar, Acrylic shape key, Scissors, Burlap fabric, Foam paintbrush, Scrapbook paper, Halloween paper tags, Hot glue, Ribbons, Rhinestones, Silk flowers.
Instructions
1. Trim the burlap to fit around the jar. Apply a coat of Mod Podge Fabric to the back of the burlap and position onto the jar. Smooth any wrinkles with your finger. Allow to dry.
2. Cut strips of scrapbook paper to fit around the jar and stems of the jar. Apply Mod Podge Gloss to the backs, position onto the jar, smooth with your fingers, Allow to dry. Top-coat with more Mod Podge if desired. Apply Mod Podge to the back of the paper tag and glue to the burlap.
3. Mod Podge scrapbook paper to the back of a Podgeable Key and a tag to the top of the key. Allow to dry. Tie around the jar with ribbon.
4. Using hot glue and Hot Glue Finger Caps, glue embellishments to the design. Add strips of ribbon, gems and silk flowers.

Add glitz to a Halloween project with rhinestones and gold trim.
