Tear the book pages into squares.  Size them to fit around the inside base of the charger.  Coat the back of each one with Mod Podge, position onto the charger, smooth any air bubbles with your finger and top coat with a layer of Mod Podge.  Continue adding more pieces until the entire center is filled. Allow to Dry.

Coat the printed side of the circle with Mod Podge, position onto the center back of the plate, add a layer of Mod Podge to the back side of the paper, smooth any air bubbles with your finger and top coat with a layer of Mod Podge. Wipe around the edge of the paper with a damp paper towel to clean the edges. Allow to Dry.
