Multi colored chenille stems, Red tissue paper, , Three 3” styrofoam balls (large ball halves), Six 1-1/2” styrofoam balls (small red balls), 5/8” x 1-1/4” x 8-15/16” Styrofoam wreath, ½” Green ribbon, 5/8” Dauber, Craft knife, Hot glue, Pencil, Scissor, #12 flat
Instructions
1. Base coat the wreath with Fresh Foliage. Allow to dry.
2. Cut the 3” Styrofoam balls in half. Cut pink, green and white tissue paper into small squares and decoupage two halves for each color to the Styrofoam. Decoupage red tissue onto the 1-1/2” balls.
3. Make Parisian Pink, Wicker White and Lime Green dots with the 5/8” dauber. Allow to dry and then glue the balls in place. Refer to photo for placement of balls.
4. Cut the chenille stems in half. Wrap around the pencil and remove to make the springs. Leave one end straight so you can hot glue them in between the balls into the Styrofoam wreath. Cut the 1/2” ribbon to desire size, make a loop and hot glue it to the back of wreath.
PROJECT TIP: Add a coat of Mod Podge to the Styrofoam before adding paper and allow it to dry. Once dry, start gluing papers.
