Other Supplies

  • 12” x 12” Pillow form
  • Poster board
  • Paper plate
  • Paper towel
  • Water basin

Instructions

  1. Remove the stuffing from the pillow case and set aside. Lay pillow case flat and add a piece of poster board inside the pillow case to prevent paint from transferring to the backside.
  2. Peel off backing from ice cream stencil and stick to the center of the pillow.
  3. Squeeze a small amount of Moosie Bear paint on a paper plate. Dip the bottom edge of the heart sponge applicator into the paint and tap on the paper plate to offload some of the paint. You want the sponge fairly dry.
  4. Pounce gently over the open areas of the cone. Be careful not to go off the edges of the stencil.
  5. Squeeze a small amount of Unicorn Tail onto the paper plate. Using a new sponge applicator, dip the bottom edge into the paint and tap on the paper plate to offload Pounce gently over the open areas of the ice cream.
  6. Remove the stencil and wipe the ice cream color paint off with a damp paper towel.
  7. Place stencil to the left of the first completed cone.
  8. Repeat steps 3-6 using Narwhal as the ice cream paint color.
  9. Place stencil to the right of the first completed cone.
  10. Repeat steps 3-6 using Lemon Slice as the ice cream paint color.
  11. Let dry slightly. Squeeze a small amount of Milky Way onto the paper plate. Using paint brush, top coat the ice creams with Milky Way Glitter.
  12. Remove the stencil and place back on to stencil backing sheet.
  13. Let dry completely. Re-stuff pillow and accessorize with tassels and pom-poms!
