  • Assorted Scrapbook paper in floral patterns
  • Scissors
  • 3 modern clay pots in pastel colors
  • Hot Glue

instructions

  1.  Cut out ears in desired size to match the scale of the pots.  *  Leave a 1” tab on the bottom of each ear to insert into the pot.
  2. Spray paper ears with Mod Podge Ultra and let dry.  Once its dry paper will be stiff and pliable. Fold ears in the center and bend as shown.  Insert ears into back of pot and glue to back edge of pot as shown.
  3. Using larger flat brush paint several ‘patches “of Gold as shown.  Let dry and apply second coat.
  4. Using small round brush add white brush strokes as shown.  Let dry.
  5. Add succulents and enjoy!

Cool colors are all the colors on the Green and Blue side of the color wheel. Yellow, Yellow/Green, Green, Blue/Green, Blue, Blue/Purple, Purple are all cool colors. All colors on the color wheel can be both warm and cool except Orange.
Transparent colors are thinned with medium or water to create a wash or a glaze of color that you can see through to the underlying surface.
