3 Wood stars: large medium and small), Paintbrushes, Scissors, Old book pages, Cardboard ring – 6”, Strips of tulle, Ribbon, Rhinestones, Hot glue
Instructions

1. Paint the large star with lipstick red paint, the medium star with parchment paint and the small star with brilliant blue paint. Using all the colors, paint details on the edges of the stars.
2. Using the large star as a guide, cut a star from an old book page, using Mod Podge, attach the star to the large red star. Apply the Mod Podge to the wood star, position the paper star and top-coat with more Mod Podge. Paint Extreme Glitter over the stars to add sparkle.
3. Tie strips of tulle fabrics around the cardboard ring. Tie a ribbon through the ring to make a hanging loop.
4. Hot glue the stars together in a layered fashion. Hot glue the stacked stars to the center of the tulle wreath. Hot glue gems to the design.
