Instructions
- Use a shell with a hole already drilled in it.
- Paint the shell Violet Pansy. Allow to dry and add polka dots with White Wicker using the end of the brush, and accent Licorice dots using a toothpick.
- Using needle nose pliers, add the jump ring through the hole and insert ribbon. Tie in a bow around neck.
