instructions

Other Supplies

  • Paper towels
  • Garden pots
  • 1”x1” wood cube

Instructions

  1. Paint your garden pots with Misty Blue and Metropolitan. Let dry.
  2. Cut sections of the silkscreen stencil and place them in your desired position. Peel off the back of the stencil and place them on the surface. Apply Classic Black to your stencil brush. Wipe off most of the paint onto a paper towel- this will keep the paint from bleeding under the stencil. Hold your loaded brush perpendicular to your stencil and dab or swirl onto your surface. Remove the stencil and let dry.
  3. Dip one side of your wood cube in Fresh earth. Wipe most of the paint onto a paper towel. Drag the painted side of your wood cube on the lamp. This will create a distressed look.
  4. Repeat the previous step on the pots with Farmhouse White and Classic Black. Let dry.
