Mod Podge Holiday Papers or holiday themed scrapbook papers, Mod Podge Podgeable Snowflake or other snowflake shape embellishment, Plastic or cardboard to-go box, Pencil, Scissors, Foam paintbrush, Hot glue, Ribbon, Snowflake rhinestones, Wired star garland
Instructions
1. Cut a piece of Mod Podge Holiday themed paper to fit the front of the to-go box. Apply a coat of Mod Podge to the back of the paper and position onto the front of the box.. Smooth any brush strokes with your finger. Wait 15 min. and top-coat with a layer of Mod Podge. Apply more layers of paper cut-outs if desired.
2. Create the Podgeable shape design by placing the shape on holiday themed papers, trace around the shape and cut out the design. (For this design we used one shape) Apply a coat of Mod Podge to the back of the Podgeable shape and to the top of the paper, sandwich the two together, press with your fingers and allow to dry. Once dry, trim any excess paper from the edges.
3. Wrap the handle with wire star trim and tie the Podgeable shape to the handle. Hot glue ribbon and snowflake gems to the box in your desired pattern.
PROJECT TIP: Make the design more personal by attaching copies of family photos to the box with Mod Podge.
