Other Supplies

Wine cork or ring base, Tee shirt, Iron, Gems, Gem glue, Paintbrushes

Instructions

  1. Heat a Mod Melt stick in a Mod Melter (or high temp glue gun).  Squeeze into a mod mold.  (We used 2 flowers and a butterfly.) Allow to cool 7 min and pop out.  Glue the back of the Mod Melts to a ring base or cork.  This will be the handle.
  2. Place the stamping mat under the tee shirt in the area where you want to stamp. Dip the sponcer into the fabric ink and tap off the excess.  Tap on to the mod melt and press onto the tee shirt in your desired location around the neckline.  Continue stamping until the neckline is covered with designs. This should look like a necklace.
  3. Using the ends of different sized paintbrushes or crafting tools, paint Ganache dots around the upper neckline.  Using a small paintbrush, paint Gold dots to connect the different stampings together.
  4. Air dry for 24 hours and heat set with an iron. Add rhinestones to the design with gem glue.

PROJECT TIP: Hand-painted items do best when washed in cold and by hand.
