Paper mache boot, Paintbrush, Black faux fur, Gold trims, Pearl gems
Paint the boot with Pure Gold paint. Paint two or three coats depending on how deep you want the gold. Make sure you allow for dry time in between coats.
Measure around the top of the boot. Add two inches to the measurement. Trim the faux fur to 6-inches high by the determined measurement.
Using the Mod Melter and Mod Melt Sticks, glue hem the top and bottom edge of the fur. The hem should be about 1 inch deep. Next, working on the fur side, glue gold trim across the lower section of the fur.
Glue gold trim to the toe and heel section of the boot. Glue the fur around the top of the boot. Attach pearl gems to server a faux buttons.
PROJECT TIP: Make it a traditional Mrs. Claus boot (red, black and white) by just mixing up the paint and trim colors.
