Mod Podge ® Mod Molds - Ornaments - #24890, Papier-mâché cone, Valentine paper, Scissors, Foam Paintbrush, Paper letters L O V E, Hot glue, velvet ribbon, Silk flowers, Paper flowers

Instructions

1. Cut Valentine scrapbook paper to fit around the cone. Remember the point is toward the bottom. Apply Mod Podge Matte to the back of the paper, position onto the cone. Press with your fingers to remove any air bubbles. Top coat the cone with Mod Podge Matte. Allow to dry. 
2. Create 4 Mod Melt Frames by heating a Mod Melt stick in a high-temp hot glue gun. Squeeze the melt into the frame mold. Allow the melt to cool for 7 min. Remove the melt from the mold. Hot glue the frames over the printed letters L O V E. 
3. Hot glue ribbon around the neck of the cone. Hot glue ribbon on the inside to create a hanger. Attach flower petals to the inside of the cone. Attach the framed letters and paper flowers to the front of the cone. Fill with candy, small soaps, etc and hang on the door of a loved one.
