Wine glasses
Christmas ornaments
Wooden coasters
White yarn
Hot glue
Styrofoam

instructions

Place small chunks of styrofoam inside of a blender and crush the blocks until they begin to look like fake snow. (set to the side)
Paint your Christmas ornaments in your choice of Folk Art Matte and Treasure Gold and allow them to dry.
Paint the Christmas ornaments with random spots of Mod Podge then sprinkle styrofoam snow onto them to create a snowy look.
Hot glue painted Christmas ornaments onto the wooden coasters.
Fill the wine glass with the styrofoam snow. (How much snow you add in will depend on the size of your jar.)
Hot glue the wooden coaster with the Christmas ornaments to the rim of the wine glass.
Flip the wine glass upside down, then use Mod Podge to attach white yarn around where the rim of the glass and the wooden coaster meets.

What are cool colors?

Transparent colors are thinned with medium or water to create a wash or a glaze of color that you can see through to the underlying surface.

What are warm colors?

Warm colors are all the colors on the yellow and red side of the color wheel. Yellow, Yellow/Orange, Orange, Red Orange, Red, Red/Purple, Purple are all warm colors. All colors on the color wheel can be both warm and cool except Orange.
