Order Processing:

Orders are only processed Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.)

Closeout Products:

Products offered at closeout pricing are available only while supplies last

Items in your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Prices are frequently updated to adjust for sales, promotions and other discount offers. Therefore, prices on the product detail page may change without notice to reflect the current prices.

Sales Tax

We are required to charge sales tax on purchases shipped to the following states: Georgia, New Jersey, New York, Texas. Sales tax is calculated as follows: merchandise, less promo (if applicable) + shipping/handling* = taxable total.

Checking Your Order Status:

If you have not received your order within the timeframe outlined below, go to the My Account section of our site from the Home Page and click My Order Status or let our Consumer Advisory Team help you by calling us toll-free at 1-800-842-4197.

Backorders:

  • We currently do not backorder products.
  • Please call our Consumer Advisory Team at 1-800-842-4197 if you have any questions.

Ground Shipping:

  • Please allow 10 to 14 business days from the time of order for delivery

Air Shipments:

  • If Expedited is selected, please allow 4 business days from the time of order for delivery.
  • If Express is selected, please allow 3 business days from the time of order for delivery.
  • All Express and Expedited shipments require a signature at the time of delivery. No exceptions.

Other Shipping Information:

  • Items may be shipped in separate boxes.
  • We cannot ship to locations outside the U.S. at this time. Please call our Consumer Advisory Team at 1-800-842-4197 or go to Store Locator to find retailers in your area that carry Plaid products.

When Shipping Outside of the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii:

Alaska and Hawaii

  • Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped using Expedited Service as the shipping method when you check out. The actual carrier method used may vary. Please allow for 5-7 business days for delivery.

Puerto Rico

  • Orders shipping to Puerto Rico can only be shipped Ground using Expedited Service as the shipping method when you check out. The actual carrier method used may vary. Allow 10 to 14 business days from date you placed your order for carrier to deliver because of Customs.
  • Duty and taxes will be collected by carrier at time of delivery.

APO/FPO

  • Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped using Ground service. Allow 10-14 business days from date you placed your order for the carrier to deliver.

U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam

  • Orders shipped to the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam can only be shipped using Expedited Service as the shipping method when you check out. The actual carrier method used may vary.  Allow 5 to 7 business days from date you placed your order for carrier to deliver because of Customs.
  • Duty and taxes will be collected by carrier at time of delivery.
