Once dry, if my project seems slightly tacky, what can I do?

If a project is slightly tacky yet thoroughly dry, the surface may be lightly spray-sealed with a couple of coats of clear acrylic sealer such as Mod Podge Acrylic Sealer. The spray sealer will not affect the black light glow.
