ACCOUNT 

How do I register to become a customer? 

Click Here to sign-up for a Username and Password for full access to browse and shop our entire collection online. 

What documents do I need to become a customer? 

In order to buy from Plaid, customers are required to provide a valid tax ID upon Registration. 

What is your opening order? 

Opening orders are $200 minimum. Reorders are $75 minimum.  

Can Plaid issue a letter of authorization for customers to resell on Amazon?  

Resellers are not permitted to sell or offer to sell any Plaid products to any third-party e-commerce websites, including but not limited to: Amazon.com, Ebay.com, Wal-Mart.com (Jet.com), Target Marketplace, Etsy.com or any international marketplace sites such as Amazon Canada, Amazon Europe, etc. (collectively, “Third Party Websites”), without the express written approval of Plaid Enterprises, Inc.

 

BILLING 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We also accept Net 30 terms.

When will my credit card be charged? 

Credit card charge will occur at the time of purchase. All items should ship within 5 business days from the receipt of PO.  

  

SHIPPING 

Where do you ship from? 

All orders ship from our facility in Georgia, where we also handle our R&D, most of our manufacturing, and product development. 

Does Plaid ship internationally?  

Plaid does not currently offer international shipping. At this time, we only ship within the United States. 

Does Plaid do drop ship?  

No, Plaid does not offer drop shipping at this time. All wholesale orders are shipped directly to the retailer or distributor’s specified location.  

What shipping providers do you use? 

UPS is used for any order below 150 lbs.  Different freight carriers are used if your order exceeds 150 lbs. and based on your shipping destination. 

Do we ship to PO Boxes? 

No, we do not ship to PO Boxes. 

  

PRODUCT 

I have a damaged item, what should I do? 

You will need to fill out a claims form here in order to process your damaged products.   

Can Plaid waive the minimum order and/or MOQ amount for small businesses?  

No, Plaid is unable to waive minimum order or MOQ requirements at this time. All wholesale orders must meet the established thresholds. 

 

BACKORDERS & CANCELLATIONS 

What is your backorder & cancellation policy? 

Plaid strives to have every product in stock and available to ship. However, we do not allow backorders.
