• Painters tape
• Scissors
• Jute string
• Hot Glue
• Loose sand and small shells
• Nautical paper napkins

Instructions

Starfish

1. Tape off starfish as shown.
2. Using largest brush, basecoat with Treasure Gold and let dry. Remove tape and with small liner brush touch up the strait line as needed. Let dry.
3. Attach jute loop as shown with hot glue.

1. Separate all layers of the paper napkins. Keep only the top layer with the design.
2. Following general directions on Mod Podge Ultra, spray a thin even coat onto inside of shells and place napkins a desired, pressing down all sections of the designs.
3. Apply napkin all the way to the edge of the shells and leave a loose dry edge of napkin around edge of each shell. Let dry completely.
4. Trim edge of napkins with scissors following the edge of shells. Apply a second coat of Mod Podge to seal and let dry.

1. Tape off section of shell as shown and paint with Treasure Gold and flat brush. Let dry and remove tape.
2. Spray a heavy coat of Ultra onto bottom of shell as shown and add sand and small shell, spray again to completely cover sand and small shells. Let dry completely.
3. Add jute loop with hot glue.
