1-1/4" Wood letters, Liner brush, Medium flat brush, Small flat brush, White craft glue, ¾” grosgrain ribbon in coordinating colors, ¼” masking tape, ¾” masking tape

Instructions

1. Paint the entire plaque Wicker White. Let dry.
2. Tape off the center section with the large tape. Use the small tape vertically to create the thin white stripes shown.
3. Dip one corner of the medium flat brush into Medium Blue and the other into Wicker White. Brush paint over the surface in a criss-cross motion. Remove the tape and let dry.
4. Outline the center section in Lime Green. Paint the desired letters in Brilliant Ultramarine. Outline thin stripes as shown in the photo: alternate between Brilliant Ultra Marine stripes and Lime Green dots.
5. Paint the outside to the front edge of the plaque Medium Blue.
6. Attach the letters and ribbon hanger to the back with white craft glue.
