Other Supplies

Assorted plastic or metal lids from recycling box, Scissors, Medium metal coffee can, Assorted scrapbook papers, Dhredded newspaper, Five 12” dowel rods, Hot glue gun, Floral foam

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all lids and coffee can. Using lids as a pattern trace onto desired scrapbook paper to create a pattern. Cut out each circle.
  2. Paint each dowel rod with Lime green and let dry.
  3. Following directions on Mod Podge apply papers to inside of each lid. Let dry.
  4. Cut papers to fit coffee can. I used random pieces of scrapbook paper that I liked and Mod Podged each piece overlapping until can was covered. Let dry.
  5. Hot Glue dowel rods to the back of each lid flower.
  6. Cut piece of floral foam and push into bottom of coffee can. Poke each flower stem into foam at desired height.
  7. Fill can with shredded newspaper.
